GINKGO SMOOTHIE
The perfect breakfast beverage to set you up for a day at school or work – and boost that memory!
250ml of Dr Stuart’s Ginkgo Plus tea
(Steep four teabags in boiling water for 30 minutes. Squeeze the bags well to maximise herb content)
Juice of one orange
¼ of a pineapple
½ Mango
1Banana (peeled)
Peel, core and slice a quarter of a ripe pineapple. Peel and de-stone the mango and put it with the banana, pineapple, tea and orange juice in a blender. Don’t forget to turn it on! Then blend until smooth and delicious.
