STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
The taste of summer that will also smoooothe you through the winter!
250ml of Dr Stuart’s Echinacea tea
(Steep four teabags in boiling water for 30 minutes. Squeeze the bags well to maximise herb content)
8 large strawberries - halved
250ml milk
Half an apple
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
Peel, and de-core the apple. Finely slice half of it and add to the strawberries in a blender. Add the tea, milk, lemon juice and honey and blend until sunny!
Serves 2.
