Fruit Smoothie

FRUIT SMOOTHIE!

Ice-cool - highly charged with Vitamin C and summer sunshine

250ml of Dr Stuart’s Apple & Ginger Tea (Steep four teabags in boiling water for 30 minutes. Squeeze the bags well to maximise herb content)
60g frozen fruits of the forest (Any combination of Blackberry, Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Strawberry. Cranberry)
250ml Strawberry yoghurt
2 teaspoons of honey
Mint leaves to garnish
Throw the 60g of frozen fruits into a blender with the strawberry yoghurt and honey - add the tea – give it a good whizz and drink!
